On the 29th March Corsica Studios closed its doors for the final time. It will be sorely missed.
It’s a venue I always enjoyed DJing at – the sound was impeccable, the space just right – but also as a punter it was ever welcoming and I witnessed so many brilliant DJ and live sets there over the years.
Adrian and Amanda also kindly allowed myself and other friends promote a handful of parties there (including a couple of mid-00s Walk The Night events with Ben) which weren’t always successful, but were certainly valuable and fun experiences nonetheless. It’s rare to find venues willing to take risks with such open-minded people running them.
